I Use the Freezie Wrap As Soon As I Get Home
Over the past eight months I have been suffering from shoulder and arm pain. I just kept thinking that the pain would go away on its own. When I reached the point where I was unable to raise my arm over my head without assistance and forget about putting my arm behind my back. I decided that a trip to the doctor was due.
